Urola nivalis

This waxy white moth is in the Crambidae subfamily.  The larvae are grass feeders and I call them "Lawnmower Moths" because they are among the little pale moths that fly out of the path of the approaching lawnmower.  

That tiny black dot on the trailing edge of the forewing is a characteristic of this species.
