Gloomy Underwing

I usually like to wait about a week before adding a new moth (and sometimes I don't have a choice), but Underwings rate special attention.  

I suppose "gloomy" makes reference to the black hind wings, of which we can see a hint in the photo.

I felt anything BUT gloomy when I came across it last night.
